Spray drying method

Spray drying is a technical method used to dry different mixtures (emulsion, suspension) through evaporation of moisture from an atomized mixture by mixing the spray and the hot drying medium (N2). The advantage consists of weight and volume reduction of the dried powders.

CRYSTAL GROWTH EQUIPMENT

DESCRIPTION:
The equipment consists of three main parts: the growth chamber, high frequency induction heating generator, and crystal pulling and rotation system. Various types of growth atmospheres (vacuum or inert gases) inside of the growth chamber can be used at pressures from 10-4 Pa to 2 MPa. Crystal pulling and rotation rates ranging from 0.01 to 200 mm per hour and 0.5 to 30 rpm, respectively, can be employed. The equipment can operate up to a maximum temperature of 2000 C. Various laser or nonlinear optical single crystals of good optical quality can be grown by the Czochralski or Bridgman method using this crystal growth equipment.
