3. Manipulator structure with 7 degrees of freedom
CATALOG NAME:
DESCRIPTION:
Humanoid robot arms, with many degrees of freedom, can reach around obstacles and through gaps, reconfigure for strength, and manipulate objects with dexterous fluid motion. This robot have kinematic redundancy, like that of the human arm, that enables placement of a hand or tool at a position and orientation in an unlimited number of ways. Combined with Energid’s Actin 3D visualization, reasoning, and control software, the Robai Cyton Gamma can perform advanced control by exploiting its kinematic redundancy. Energid’s networking software enables robust remote control through a local area network, internet, radio link, or cellular link.

4. Autonomous electric wheelchair for disabled people
CATALOG NAME:
DESCRIPTION:
The Folding Cirrus Plus EC Power Chair by Drive Medical is foldable and lightweight making it ideal for transporting. Cirrus Power Wheelchair is fully equipped with PC, data acquisition card, servo-amplifiers, DC motors, encoders and batteries. The wheels are driven by brush DC motors. For controlling DC motors were used servo amplifier 50A8. It can receive data from acquisition board and, based on the received signal, the servo-amplifier will send a PWM control signal to DC motor, signal having a duty cycle dynamically modifiable. For data acquisition and control signal sending to the DC motors has been a NI-6024 acquisition card. It has 16 analogue inputs, two analogue outputs 8 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs. The communication between the motherboard and data acquisition card is a PCI slot. This device connects to PC the servo-amplifies, DC motors and the encoders. PC processes signals and data necessary for odometer system implementation.

5. Modular Systems for Mechatronics Training System - FESTO
CATALOG NAME:
DESCRIPTION:
The professional control and monitoring system for planning and realising visualisation. This renders the exchange of data with the SIMATIC controllers of the Modular Production System (MPS®) stations particularly effective. Decentralized units are increasingly important in the age of Industry 4.0. The modular approach in MPS® makes this easy to implement in projects. Network nodes or intelligent controls make the system even more flexible. The Stacking magazine module separates workpieces. The Conveyor module brings the individual workpieces to the Joining station. The analog sensor at the stopper above the belt detects the position of the workpiece. If the workpiece is located with the opening facing up, an end cap can be attached with the Pick&Place module. If not, then it cannot. Transport continues to the Sorting station. An optical and an inductive sensor in the Detecting module differentiate the workpieces based on material and color. Electric deflectors then sort the workpieces onto three different slides.
